We visited on first weekend and was clear it had been rushed to be open and was not ready. The kids had a great time and the Father Christmas was good. Rides were enjoyed and nice to have three free but we had paid a lot to get in and to then be charged 3 a token for any more rides seemed extortionate. Food was very limited, drinks were pretty much sold out. Our main issue was despite checking before hand the place was not suitable for wheelchairs. Luckily the little Girl was only 11 so in our large group we were able to lift her in her wheelchair but for heavier users or those who self propel I don't see how they would of got around. We had to lift into the elf show (which incidentally was awful compared to previous years at Cheshire Oaks) and had to lift her up the ridiculous hill to the woodland walk. If we had visited just us four we would of found the whole event impossible to move her around due also to the rocky ground. Also absolutely no vegetarian food options. Not great but the kids were happy which is the main thing. Hopefully By next year the issues will be fixed.
A lovely place, staff working really hard and very helpful!!!! Great set up with the woodland walk and the hot drinks, sweets and reasonably.priced soft toys, all with very.friendly staff!!!! I can absolutely recommend this for a great day out!!! PS a little secret so don't shout too loud, but I now know where the real Santa lives and he's amazing and.gives the kids great.presents for going to see him. All in all a great day out!!!
Came here with my 4 year old sister and had a magical experience. Santa was incredible, all staff are lovely and friendly, there is lots to do and my sister had an amazing time she was so excited. Will 100% be going back, thank you.
Fab day out, my kids loved it, Santa looked like the real Santa and was fantastic with the kids! No problems for us, and all the people complaining it wasnt good enough for them but my child enjoyed it ?! Well isnt that whats important?! ITS FOR KIDS!!! Where wellies, wrap up and enjoy!! Kids love the magic, the reindeer and the fun
All the people with the negative comments what do you expect when visiting a farm!!! We had a fantastic day even though it absolutely poured it down, staff very friendly Santa Claus amazing. The 3 children we took loved it. Will be visiting next year 5 star from us..
