If I could give 0 or a minus score review I would. Everything about this dental practice is apauling. From day one I have had nothing but issues. Firstly I received 6 , YES 6 cancellation letters from one of their dentists Mahiier ( not so sure on the spelling ) then I had to sit down with the manager of the practice to get a new dentist assigned. I then missed an appointment these things happen such is life Im afraid, I then had another appointment which I phoned up on to cancel no answer or pick up or call back so appointment missed. I then got transferred to another dentist of their choosing and there decision without my consultation , I had to unfortunately phone and cancel that appointment due to work commitments ( so sorry I am a working person ) so thats it striken off as they have no record of the phone call that was placed on the day of the appointment between 10am & 2pm for an appointment that day that I had cancelled????? Combine toy they will continue to see me but only on a private basis , how convieniant for them. I have never known anything like it.Please dont get me started on how rude they are either or there appalling telephone manner it is atroshis, hanging up the phone before Ive even finished what I had to say, just plain bloody rude to be honest. I WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND STEERING WELL CLEAR of this practice absolutely appalling and a disgrace to our hard working NHS staff. Least to say I will be finding a new practice and strongly advise and urge others to do so too. WHAT A DISGRACE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!!!!!
Went today, very nervous and very much dislike any work on my teeth due to a frightening experience somewhere else some time ago. Hina was very professional, caring and made me feel as comfortable as possible whilst carrying out some repairs. My appointment was cancelled once which seems to be common on other reviews which is a small let down. However cannot fault the dental service I received and will recommend.
I have been with this practice for 11 years now, never had any problems. My Dentist is Mr Novak , always been very good with me, and I appreciate it.
Left this practice as an NHS patient due to them continually cancelling appointments for both myself and my children. I suspect this was to give appointments to private patients as my husband was private with them, and never had any cancelled appointments. I even missed out on my free postnatal dental care because they cancelled my appointment and couldn't fit me in in time before the exemption expired.
I couldn't recommend this place enough, been going for years and from the off they have been great. Extremely nervous patient due to past experiences elsewhere.....to the point my husband used to have to come in the room with me and sometimes hold my hand at the age of 25+ (cringe).....but not anymore thanks to my super supportive amazing dentist and his staff. Everyone is very welcoming, building and dentist room spotless, and no treatment is done just for the sake of making money. I always recommend to friends and family. X
