AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company gave very quick service taking my order and deposit after 3 different delivery dates i haven’t received my order now Iv been blocked and still no refund through PayPal SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

I can see lots of negative reviews here, however i only have positive things to say. I ordered in store and was given an estimated delivery date of 3-4 weeks. The sofa arrived 4 weeks later and drivers called and hour before. Very good quality for the price we paid.
My partner, a Miss White, made an order for a corner sofa, and was told that delivery would be on the 28th October. After waiting she then receives an email apparently from the owner, stating that because of a problem with materials delivery would be delayed until the 7th November, which we understood! Well on the 7th we got a call, not from anyone at think comfy itself, but by the delivery driver, stating that even though it's not his job, he thought that he better give us a call, to be polite, and let us know that delivery wouldn't be "till the end of the week" were now on the 11th and the following Tuesday, and still haven't received a sofa or even a call from the company, mg partner had to ring them this morning, and got told that she to internet going down, they don't know why it's not been delivered or what sofa she is ordering!! Even though they have taken nearly 200 out of her account for payments on a sofa that we haven't got!!! Terrible service and terrible company!!! Do not use!!!!!!
THINK COMFY BASED IN MOLD BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ORDERED A CORNER SOFA HERE ALMOST A MONTH AGO - VERY GOOD ON THE LIVE CHAT WHILE THEY ARE SELLING TO YOU!! APPARENTLY MY CARD CAME THROUGH DECLINED FROM ALL OF MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT & ACCORDING TO MY BANKS AND THERE FRAUD DEPT NO CARDS WERE PRESENTED AND THERE WAS NO PAYMENTS DECLINED TO THIS COMPANY OR TO THE AMOUNT!! I WAS TOLD THEN THAT COULD ACCEPT A BANK TRANSFER, SO I STUPIDLY TRANSFERRED OVER 800 TO THEM THIS WAS ON THE 16TH OCTOBER AND TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED, SENT A RECEIPT, NO DELIVERY INFORMATION !!!! I HAVE BEEN ONLINE TO THEIR LIVE CHAT AND IT SEEMS THEY CAN TELL IT'S ME AND NO ONE REPLIES, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS, I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE TO LISTEN TO SOME BULLS--- VOICEMAIL AND THEN SILENCE!! A TRUE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY, THE BANK ARE NOW INVESTIGATING THEM ALONG WITH TRADING STANDARDS AND NOW WE ARE GOING TO MAKE THE JOURNEY TO THEIR UNIT IN MOLD TO DO THIS FACE TO FACE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK IF OUR BANK IS UNSUCCESSFUL AND I HAVE ALSO PASSED THEM ONTO A DEBT COLLECTOR THAT IS GOING TO COST ME, BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE FOR ME NOW!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Nothing but problems from the start... delivery didnt arrive on agreed date, meaning a days wage/holiday was lost. When it did arrive, it was incomplete and the wrong couch! Think Comfy stated they would make good on the order, but after weeks of them ignoring e-mails & voice messages, they finally admitted they couldnt do this as they had changed supplier. Thankfully they offered a full refund, but after two weeks of waiting as per their own T&Cs we still had no refund. Think Comfy simply ignored emails & messages, and when I did manage to speak on the phone, they blatantly lied and said the refund had already been processed through the finance company. This was clearly not the case, as verified by the finance company themselves. Finally, after another period of chasing them through live-chat, emails and calls... including a lengthy discussion with the owner, whose commitment to customer service is at best laughable and at worst downright insulting... we received our refund. This is one of the worst companies Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with and I urge others to look elsewhere to avoid this potentially happening to them. Of course there will be satisfied customers, but is it worth the risk? Also, Ive noticed that the owner (Josh F) has added false reviews to the Think Comfy Google review page, so proceed with caution - such dishonesty masks their true character.
Vile pathetic excuse of a company, couches deflated after not even 10 months. Company took cushions gave me back in wrong colour left me without any on my cuddle chair and still have the wrong colour this was in may im still waiting now September! Wouldnt waste my time! Go a proper company! Literally doesnt even deserve 1 star no one has a clue what there doing everyone in the office clearly has no customeer service skills and dont seem to talk to each other. I dont think I Ill be reciving my cushions back anytime soon so looks like Ill be going though with a small claims court. STAY AWAY
