Just joined after years of no exercise very friendly staff, very helpful showed me exactly what to do and provided me with a written program, followed up with excellent advice, glad I joined and look forward to a long and healthy membership

Excellent gym. Great atmosphere. Fab place to work out, joined years ago before it was a gym (came to the early morning fitness classes). As soon as the gym opened I joined as a member. Everyone is friendly, an joining here made working out fun. I'm now part of the furniture and will soon be part of the staff team, giving something back to what changed me. Would recommend this gym to anyone
I wish I had found avatar a long time ago!! friendly, encouraging, great equipment. very good selection of classes too. Always very clean . I actually look forward to going to the gym, i feel welcome there and not judged by others. great place to go :)
