I bought my filter tap 10 years ago and have bought replacement filters over the years. I have always received 5 star service from Fountain Filters. A few years after buying my filter tap I telephoned about a dripping tap and the man spent a lot of time explaining how to rectify the problem - his guidance sorted out the problem in 5 minutes! Recently I ordered a new saddle valve however some weeks after receiving decided to change for a tap valve and there was no problem returning the unused part and my new part was received within 48 hours.Other companies could learn a lot about customer service from Fountain Filters.
