The oldest and still the best kebab house in mold.
Arrived home to find i had been given the wrong food. Drove back, my food was waiting to be swapped, just got a stare from the guy behind the counter, no apology , no offer of anything extra to compensate my time travelling back, no offer of refund. Infact, no words at all. Just the stare, as if it was my fault!!In hindsight I should of asked them to cook my meal again as my food had been sitting for at least 10 minutes.Very poor service from a simple mistake. Mistakes happen, I wasn't that bothered, until I returned and was treated that way. Bad customer service goes a long way. I don't often use this takeaway, probably use it even less now, all from something that just needed an acknowledgement for the mistake.
