He refuses to return to carry out remedial works and constantly refuses to reply to messages left on his phone, he refuses to respond to written messages and ignores emails. I have just used GMA Services to take out and refit a new oil fired boiler. Geriant did a fantastic job. Punctual, courteous and did a lovely clean job. At a reasonable price too. I would highly recommend this company. I think I have found my new go-to plumber and heating engineer.
