We have two houses in Nannerch to sell and I rang last week to arrange an appointment for an agent to visit. I spoke to someone called Ann who took details of the houses and my contact details saying that she would get someone to call back to arrange an appointment. It's now almost a week later, the promised call never materialised, they've lost valuable business and I've become annoyed at their inefficiency.
