We sold our house through New Home 4u. Brilliant service from start to finish, Rich and his team are all so dedicated and passionate about the business. All of the staff are excellent and went that extra mile. I would never go anywhere else now, New Home 4u are by far the best estate agent in the local area. The photography was such amazing quality and could not fault the service. To top it all off, I was lucky enough to win New Home 4u/ Just Steak Facebook competition of a 50 meal at Just Steak, was a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary and moving house!! The BEST agents ever!I have moved 41 times so have a lot of experience with agents but Rich was just outstanding. He joked he would sell it in a week and he did!The best thing about this agents is the friendly team but particularly the quick response. If you text Rich day or night he responds within minutes. He got our buyers a great mortgage deal , he has the gift of the gab, and recommended solicitors which are both efficient and reasonableprice. He is there every step of the way.I need to compliment the photographer who was also lovely..she made our house look so good we nearly never wanted to sell !Efficient, friendly and go the extra mile...cannot compliment them enough..feel like I made a friend... oh and Eddie the dog is just gorgeous
I would definitely recommend New Home 4U if you are looking to sell your home, or infact buy a new home. Rich and his team are all really nice people and they have a genuine passion for finding the right buyers for the houses that they sell, and most importantly they enjoy what they do and this shows.I have spoken to Rich on several occasions regarding property and I find his approach to selling houses totally refreshing. He is completely honest and open about his valuations and he will give you a genuine and realistic opinion on what your home is worth, rather than telling what you want to hear about the value of your home like some other estate agents do. He has an excellent grasp of the Mold & surrounding area housing market, and I would say that his valuations are spot on.
